Who we are

Seatec is part of the V.Group– the world´s largest provider of ship management services. V.Group works with a fleet of over 1000 vessels and has a global network of more than 60 offices employing 2,500 office and over 28,000 sea staff.



Davide Lajolo, Technical Director      

Davide has been with Seatec (formerly V.Delta) since its inception, became Technical Director in 2013 and is now Director.
With past experiences including the roles of safety and quality superintendent for V.Ships Monaco SMD and engineer for ship stability calculations for an Italian firm, he joined Seatec (formerly V.Delta) as Project Manager for Special Projects, dealing mostly with cruise ships, ROPAX vessels and mega yachts.

Currently his main responsibilities are sales and marketing, bidding and contract management, technical supervision and accounting.
Davide holds an MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and is a RINA member.



Pantaleo Murolo, Senior Project Manager

Pantaleo has been part of the V.Group since 1991. He has managed multiple new building projects including pax, cargo and offshore vessels. He was appointed Senior Project Manager in 2011, managing complex OffShore DP2 projects and recently a successful pax vessel re-engine.  

Giorgio Leone, Project Engineer  

Giorgio joined Seatec in late 2011 and works as project engineer since January 2012. From January 2014 to March 2015 he has been working for the Glasgow based sister company Seatec Engineering.

Acting as focal point for energy saving solutions, he is responsible of monitoring business opportunities on the subject. His duties also include feasibility studies, planning, project mgmt. and logistics for refit projects.

Giorgio holds an MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering

Davide Leoni, Project Manager   

Davide joined Seatec at the beginning of 2016. He was involved in the repair project of MV Le Boreal as deputy Project Manager during the entire dry-dock. Prior to Seatec he has worked in the Offshore Oil & Gas drilling industry, for Saipem and Maersk Drilling on the setup of new builds vessel Planned Maintenance System and in the Scarabeo 6 upgrade to 1200 m water depth from the preparation to the execution phase. His duties included design approval, yard management, technical coordination of contractor and yard activities, handling of Classification Societies
Davide holds an MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Genoa University.


Emilio Lupi, Project Manager    

Emilio joined Seatec at the beginning of 2015. He has been involved in several large scale projects such as  the re-powering project of MV Expedition, the new building supervision of a cable layer and a fleetwise installation of ballast water treatment systems.
Emilio holds an MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.y.


Marc Ascheri, Project Engineer   

Marc joined the Seatec team in 2013 after a spell with Seatec Repairs as a business process coordinator. He was  in charge of document control for the Cable Enterprise Conversion in 2014 and was part of the Project Management Team for the Hurtigruten Project Supervision. Currently he is working on the refurbishment project of Corsica Linea's ferry Pascal Paoli.
Marc graduated in Industrial Engineering and Business administration.


Marco Barla, Project Engineer 

Marco joined Seatec in 2016. He has been involved in several projects such as Draft Increase for Silversea's vessels Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper and produced the Damage Stability Booklets for the Windstar Cruise vessels.  He also attended and monitored the dry-docking of Silver Shadow in Singapore.
Marco graduated in Naval Engineering in 2015. 



Anna Maestrini, Project Engineer 

Anna was graduated in Naval Engineering in 2017 and directly joined Seatec the same year. Since her arrival she has been working on a cruise vessel & cable layers new buildings and supervised the dry-docking of the Seven Petrel.



Veronica Sacconaghi, Accounts & Administration  

Veronica has worked with Seatec since 2008 and within V.Ships Group since 2006.
Her duties include updating P&L monthly reports, processing invoices, maintaining bank records, handling cash flow and closing the annual balance sheets.
Veronica has a Secondary School Diploma in Business Expertise and Foreign Languages (English/French) and is a Bachelor of Modern Foreign Languages and Literature.

Delphine Gall, Project Engineer 

Delphine joined Seatec early 2018. She is graduated in Marine Engineering and Offshore & Ocean Technology with Subsea Engineering. She has been working for 2 years as a Project Engineer in an Offshore Company in Paris before joining the 2 years Graduate Scheme of V.Group in October 2016. Performing placements in Nantes, Glasgow, Singapore and currently Monaco at Seatec. Within Seatec, she is mainly working on the New Building LNG Ro-Pax project.


Stefano Mutolo, Project Engineer 

Stefano joined Seatec in May 2018. He holds an MSc in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture. Since his arrival he has been involved on various project project such as a fleet IHM (Iventory of Hazardous Material) and a New Building supervision.


Andrea Zunino, Gloabal Graduate Engineer 

Andrea joined Seatec in October 2018 as part of the Company’s Global Graduate Programme, and he will continue his journey in SeaTec office in Shanghai. He is currently involved in the plan approval activities regarding a new building. Andrea holds an MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and one MSc in Advanced Mechanical Engineering
